Why do I have to use Paypal?
Vetflix.org has chosen to use Paypal as our online payment agent. Paypal is a trusted and respected company who processes transactions for many non-profits. Vetflix.org is leveraging their services to keep costs down while ensuring a quality customer transaction.
What does it take to create a Paypal account?
Creating a Paypal account is very easy. First you will be prompted to enter your credit card and billing information, as most e-commerce sites would do. Then you are asked to simply supply and verify a password (your email is your logon) and you are done! You can use this account to manage your Vetflix.org subscription or make other online purchases.
How does the “ipod” HD video player work?
There are three video enhancements for members.
1) By default, all videos are shown in HD resolution
2) The video player may be enlarged by clicking on the star button which enlarges the video to its full 1280 x 768 resolution
3) For those with monitors set to resolutions greater than 1280 x 768 once enlarged, the video may be put to full screen by clicking on the scaling option.
How do I make the video full screen?
Simply click on Play, then on the star button.
How do I unsubscribe from Vetflix.org?
From your Paypal account, you can cancel your Vetflix.org subscription at any point.
How do I unsubscribe from Vetflix.org email list?
Simply send an email to support@vetflix.org with the subject line "Unsubscribe Email List" and your email address will be removed.
